Portobello Style Cheese'Steak '
1 Package Slice Portobellos
¼ cup Sliced Onion
1 Sliced Red Pepper
1 Clove Garlic – Minced
1 T Oil
2 Slices Fresh Provolone Cheese
1 Fresh Italian Sandwich Roll

  Heat Oil in fry skillet, add Oakshire Slice Portobellos, onion, garlic and red pepper.  Sauté until tender.  Layer Cheese on top of Mushrooms, add Roll and heat for 1 minute.  Enjoy!!
